DANA L. RUBIN – FOUNDER
Born in Boston and raised in California, I’m a relationship coach who’s been exactly where you are. I’m currently in a very fulfilling relationship — with Charlie, my ridiculously adorable Siberian cat. In 2014, I won the national Chance For Romance contest, created by renowned love architect Kailen Rosenberg of the Oprah Winfrey Network. But I’ll be the first to tell you: love should never feel like a contest.

After decades of spectacular flops, painful naivety, and far too many disappointing dates, I finally dug myself out of the relationship rubble, got out of my own way, and transformed how I show up in love. I bring deep empathy, sharp perception, and zero judgment to every session. Using storytelling, humor, and straight talk, I help you spot the patterns that aren’t serving you, drop the stories that weigh you down, and build the confidence and tools to create real, lasting love. No smoke and mirrors — just honest guidance that actually works.

Formerly the creator and coordinator of singles events at a well-known community center in La Jolla, California, I now coach people who are ready to grow and finally find the love they deserve.
